HAPPY SCHOOL BAG – SCHOOL FUNDRAISER

We are delighted to announce that our school will be holding a clothing collection with the Happy School Bag Fundraising Scheme on Monday 1st June 2026. This scheme is designed to help schools to raise needed funds and at the same time to help the environment by keeping textiles away from landfill and giving the clothing a new lease of life. To take part you simply need to fill the bag(s) with your unwanted items and bring them to the school by the scheduled collection day:

Monday 1st June 2026 – at morning drop off

By getting involved in our Happy School Bag collection, you have an opportunity to sort through your cupboards and wardrobes and donate unwanted textiles. This year, please bring your items in a black bag from home. Listed below are the items that are accepted or not accepted.

You can bring multiple bags to donate your items and don’t forget to ask grandparents, friends and neighbours to have a sort out as well! 

Happy School Bag will be collecting from our school on the morning of Monday 1st June. Please bring your bag (or bags!) to the collection point in the KS1 playground by the Caxton Road gates, during morning drop off and help us have a fantastic collection!
