Year 6 Dreamland Hall Visit

Year 6 will be visiting Dreamland for a transition event, where children will have an interactive safety talk on the morning of Thursday 12th March. ‘Safety in Action’ is an interactive event designed for Year 6 children to learn about some of the dangers they may face as they become more independent and prepare for transition to secondary school.

Children will need to arrive at school by 8:30am prompt, ready to leave for 8:40am, as our session at Dreamland starts at 9:30am. The children will be walking to and from the venue, so  please ensure that your child is wearing sensible shoes and has a waterproof coat in case of cold or wet weather. Please may we also ask for the children to wear full school uniform and bring an extra water bottle for the day. We will be returning to school in time for lunch.

All of our Year 6 children have Educational off-site permission forms completed by yourselves earlier in the year, so we do not require you to complete a separate permission slip for the trip.
