Year 6 Welcomes an “Everyday Racism” Workshop - 14 Oct 2026

Today, all our Year 6 classes (6A, 6B, 6C and 6D) had the opportunity to take part in an engaging and thought-provoking workshop delivered by Naomi and Natalie Evans from Everyday Racism.

The workshops encouraged our pupils to explore racism, prejudice and discrimination, helping them to understand the importance of respect, equality and celebrating our differences. The sessions also highlighted how we can all play a part in challenging racism and creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected and safe.

It was a valuable learning experience for our Year 6 pupils, encouraging them to reflect on their attitudes and consider how their words and actions can make a positive difference.

A huge thank you to Naomi and Natalie for visiting our school and delivering these important workshops. We are grateful for their time and for helping our pupils develop a greater understanding of racism and the importance of treating everyone with kindness and respect.
