Please find attached some information we would like to share with you regarding an exciting opportunity for our school community. Kent County Council are proposing to establish a Statutory Resource Provision (SRP) for children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions in what is currently the Garlinge Children’s Centre. The provision would cater for up to 16 pupils and be part of Garlinge Primary School and Nursery, who would appoint specialist staff to run the provision. We very much welcome the possibility of this development happening and the opportunity for children to attend a setting that is matched most closely to their need type, particularly with our commitment to inclusion. Please click here to see more details of the proposal and the chance to respond with your views on it.
